Adress in Visa on arrival form?

I have received Your letter of approval visa and fill out an application for a visa stamped into my passport.
Please tell me that specify in paragraph: "the name of the legal person, organization or name of the inviting person and its address"?

Yes, to get Vietnam visa stamped into your passport, you need to fill another form, by hand with signature. For your question, you can write the name of your hotel, your travel company that arrange tour for you or person/organisation invite you to Vietnam.

Hello -
I am applying for a visa to visit Vietnam and am confused by the requirement: "Name, address of your contact in Vietnam." I don't have a contact in Vietnam, and my travel was prepared by a travel agent based in Germany. Do I simply provide the contact information of my travel agent, or are there more stringent requirements here?

You can fill it with the contact of the hotel that you have already booked if any.
