Hello, I was wondering if you do your visa letters in bulk and if I went through your agency, would my name and passport number be visibe to other clients? If so, can I do one privately? Thanks for your help

We usually submit application of a group or individual to Immigration Office.
However they, for managing purpose, sometimes pust some applicants together. It is out of our control.
If you wan to have your own visa approval letter, please drop some note on comment field.

I used Vietnam Visa service through an agency. The letter arrived fast via email but I was horified to discover my name on a list of other names with personal identifiers listed for all to see (full date, date of birth passport number). I am not sure if all agencies are the same or only my case.

That is standard procedure by the Immigration Department and nothing to do with the agent, although you can ask the agent to reapply for a letter containing only your name, of course with fee.
If you're concerned by such things, be warned that your full passport details will be recorded by every hotel you stay at and passed on to each local police station, so many more people than just those on your VOA letter will have the same information and more.

For group form 3 applicants, it is easy to ask for a private letter. For single application it is more difficult as Officers has the right to put applicants in a letter for their (as they stated) managing purpose.

I applied for a multiple entry visa so I'd like to know if this is just the general wording of these approval letters?? Cos I emailed the agents again and again they sent the same letter! Please can someone help! :geek:

The Immigration Officers put some applicants together for (as they explained) their managing puropse. Applying with Tuan Linh Travel you can have a visa approval letter just for single person. You need to drop some words in comment field so they can ask for private letter for you. 8-)

I am hesitant in apply for a visa on arrival by doing it online with a letter consisting of a group of other travelers with their passport number, birthdate, name etc.
Is there a reliable , inexpensive and safe online visa on arrival for U.S. citizen which will only send a Private letter and not including other people's names?

Apply at https://www.tuanlinhtravel.com/Vietnam/visa/application.htm you will get a private invitation letter. To make sure, you should drop a message in comment field noting that you need a private letter.
