Get Vietnam Visa on holiday

Hello
I am travelling to Vietnam via Melbourne tomorrow. I have started using an online Visa company called Vietnam Visa Corp to obtain my visa. The cost was initially $132 for two people but now they say that as we are arriving on a National Holiday (Apr 27 to May 1) we now have to pay $400 for the Visa as the Immigration office is closed. I am now a little suspect. Does this sound right?

Maybe they take advantage of the Holiday. The price seems too high for urgent service for Holiday. At Tuan Linh Travel they charge only $95 for urgent service on Holiday.
