Hi,
A staff at Tuan Linh Travel said Vietnam Immigration Office issues 1 month and 3 months visa only. But I see "less than 30 days visa" in the page http://www.vietnam-visa-service.com/inf ... a-fees.asp. The question is how can I get that type of visa (to save $30) as I stay less than one month?
- Yes, Vietnam Immigration Office only issues 1 month and 3 months visa approval letter. It is also the same for visa issue at Vietnam Embassies abroad.
But visa on arrival is different. Immigration Officers at Vietnam airport will issue visa from the day of arrival to the last day given in the approval letter.
Please see how we do to save money for our clients.
For example, a traveler plan to stay in Vietnam from 7 to 25 May, he need multiple entries visa. If we apply as he request, the Immigration Office will issue a visa approval letter valid from 7 May to 7 June. If the traveler arrive as schedule, the Immigration Officers at airport will issue 1 month multiple entries visa valid from 7 May to 7 June and he has to pay $95 for stamping fee as regulated by Vietnam Government.
In order to save his money we will apply visa for him with arrival date of 4 May. The Immigration Office will issue a visa approval letter from 4 May to 4 June. When the traveler arrive (on 7 May) the Officers at airport will issue visa from 7 May (the day he arrive) to 4 June (the last day given in the approval letter) and apply the fee for under 1 month multiple entries visa ($65)
The trick quite simple, just tell us when you apply visa at http://www.vietnam-visa-service.com/inf ... online.asp
