I heard there is urgent 1 day service for Vietnam visa in PP. Some travelers said do it through travel agent is quicker and cheaper than do it your self. :geek:

Hola,
Muchas gracias.

Yes, in your case, you have to go directly to Vietnam Embassy for help.
It takes 5 working days (1 week) but some travelers said they have 1-day service.
Hope you will manage it well.

Hello Everyone,
Myself and my husband are travelling to Vietnam for 31 days in July and are researching the best way to procure a Visa. We would need a 90 day single travel visa.
We are weighing up the pros and cons of obtaining a visa from the vietnam embassy vs using an online company to get our visa on arrival at Ho Chi Min airport.
has anyone applied for a 90 day visa on arrival lately? on the advice article on here there is an update about them not being able to process the 90 day visas until 1 week before you travel, which is cutting things a little bit close!
any advice or recommendations would be gratefully received x

At present (May 2014) there is no time limited for 3 months visa, you can apply up to 6 months in davance to get visa approval letter (for Vietnam visa on arrival)

We are hoping to travel to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We know we must get a Vietnam Visa prior to leaving the US. Does anyone know if you can go to one of their emabassies in the US and get a visa the same day?

Hi- I'd like to hear from anyone who has obtained a Vietnam Visa from www.vietnam-visa-service.com
Their fee seems to be much lower than dealing directly with the embassy/consulate here in New Zealand.
Thanks!

Going to Vietnam for 2w in Oct, not got a visa yet, what's the best way to get one?
Also what vaccinations do you need, advice seems to vary site-site online.
Cheers

I used http://www.vietnam-visa-service.com for sorting out my visa for vietnam.
They were great in communication and made things seemless when i got to customs.
All i had to do was to pay the stamp duty of 45 dollars and away i went 5 minutes later with my visa in hand through security.
I would recommend this service to anyone coming over here as they made this process hassle free and you dont have to traps all the way to the middle of london to get a visa there.

/Hi to all. I need your help, PLEASE.
I am travelling to Asia in June, first to Bangkok - Thailand and then to Vietnam. I don't know yet if I will get into Vietnam flying or by bus/train. So...
a) Its better to get the visa in advanced in US (I live in California) or in Bangkok?
b) I am not a US citizen, can I apply for the visa in a US consulate?
c) How long is the visa duration after I received my passport? Because first I will travel to Thailand.
Thanks in advance guys

The most convenient way is to get visa on arrival, not at Embassy.
You can apply Vietnam visa at any Vietnam Embassy/Consulate in the World.
I am not sure that I understand your question. Your visa duration is depending on your application. At present Vietnam Immigration Office issue 1 month and 3 month visas. Your visa is valid within the given dates in the visa.

Hi,
Can anyone help with information about a visa for travelling to Vietnam?
I'm travelling on 11 February (for 3 weeks) from England and I have a British Passport. I'm also thinking about a trip to Cambodia when I'm there.
Thank you

I'm flying to Saigon on Wed and need to get a visa (i didn't realise that you couldn't arrange one when you got there). I'm going to the Vietnam Embassy on Monday morning, does anyone know how easy or difficult it is to get them to issue one the same or next day? And how much it costs? thanks
