If I want to get a new 3 months Vietnam visa, then i have to leave VN and come back. But when i cross the Cambodia border, do I need cambodia visa, or is it possible not to go inside the country?

Hello, I have just arrived in Vietnam 10/12 + i will be leaving around the 28/12 to meet friends in thailand, however, i would like to come back to vietnam afterwards?

Yes, you have to apply an other visa. Just go to http://www.vietnam-visa-service.com/information/, apply and pay service fee online. Then bring visa approval letter to get Vietnam visa at Vietnam airport.
